I was very impressed at how quickly you managed to organise the Home Report, Marketing Particulars, Video and for it to go live on the market.  It only took a few days for that whole process which was great. You organised to do all the viewings for us and that seemed to go really smoothly.   The communication in the run up to and on the closing date was also very good and we knew exactly where things stood.  Overall a very efficient marketing process, so thank you.

The end to end process was seamless and very straight forward. The photographs were perfect and I was kept well informed from start to finish. Ignoring the bank holiday weekend the house did sell within a day.

I cannot recommend McSherry Halliday Estate Agents enough for the marketing aspect of selling my property.  The first sale fell through and right away the house was put back on the market and all parties who showed an interest before the original sale were contacted to see if they were still interested. Even during lockdown I was constantly updated and the team came out again as soon as it was possible and made a video to allow for online viewing. Special thanks to Joyce who was always getting in touch and providing any updates and was always available to answer any queries I had. First class service all round!
