> Experience is necessary as we are looking for the individual to hit the ground running and manage their own caseload of files in a busy environment

> Full time preferred, but part time applicants will be considered

> This job involves managing a variety of client cases including executries, wills and powers of attorney, as well as general typing, dictation and providing support to the rest of the team

> We have a hybrid working environment. This involves working in our lovely newly renovated offices at Suite 1, Elliott House, Kilwinning Road, Irvine and also some remote home working (you will be provided with a laptop and IT training)

> Salary: Commensurate with experience
